T-Rex Skull Cupcakes

We had fun making these T-Rex Skull Cupcakes. We made a batch of various dinosaur cupcakes and these were my four year old's favorite. T-Rex is his favorite dinosaur because he's big and he's a meat-eater.

The T-Rex skull is made from edible rice paper which the boys thought was amusing and weird. "You can't eat paper!" It wasn't particularly tasty, but it was smeared with jelly so they happily ate it.

I cut the T-Rex skulls out by hand. With two dinosaur-mad boys in the house, I know what a T-Rex skeleton looks like!
